Shipping & Warranty

Everything you need to know about delivery, returns, and product warranties.

X-TRAC Warranty

X-TRAC rubber tracks are backed by a manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions and proper use.


Warranty Coverage

Mini-Excavators & Light-Duty Applications

  • 18 months or 1,500 hours, whichever comes first
  • Final 6 months are pro-rated based on time or hours of use
Exception: Equipment using R5 (flange-type) rollers with non-rail tracks is covered for 12 months or 1,000 hours.

Compact Track Loaders (CTL) & Mini Track Loaders (MTL)

  • 12 months or 1,000 hours, whichever comes first
  • Final 6 months are pro-rated based on time or hours of use

TrackGrip Attachments

  • 6 months or 1,000 hours, whichever comes first

What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Failures under normal operating conditions when used in accordance with OEM guidelines

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper installation or track adjustment
  • Worn or damaged undercarriage components
  • Misuse, abuse, or operator error
  • Severe or abnormal working conditions

Labor, transportation, and equipment downtime are not covered.

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, please provide:

  1. Proof of purchase (invoice)
  2. Equipment details
  3. Hours of operation
  4. Photos of the damaged track or product
  5. Serial number (if applicable)
Claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period.

Returns & RMA Process

Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted. To initiate a return:

  1. Contact customer support to request an RMA number
  2. Complete the RMA form (available on this website)
  3. Package the product securely and include your contact information and the completed RMA form
  4. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package
  5. Ship to the address provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a carrier with tracking, as WEP is not responsible for items lost in transit.

After Your Return

Returns will be processed upon receipt and inspection. For status updates, contact customer service:

Replacement Warranty

Warranty coverage for replacement products begins from the date of re-invoice.

Limited Liability

WEP's liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.


Shipping

Most orders placed before 2:00 PM ship the same day, helping keep your operation moving.

Delivery typically occurs within 1 to 3 business days, depending on location.
