Proudly Canadian. Built to last.

Work With Us

Canadian-owned. Steady work. A team that takes pride in what it does.

Woodbridge Equipment Parts has been supplying Canada's equipment industry since 1986. We're not a startup — we're a stable, focused business with long-term customer relationships, deep inventory, and a reputation built over nearly four decades.

We operate with a focused, hands-on team — which means decisions are made quickly, communication is direct, and customers are taken care of properly. We take pride in doing things right and standing behind what we sell.

If that kind of environment appeals to you, we'd like to hear from you.

Open Positions

We are building Canada's leading compact equipment parts product line and distribution business. There is no corporate bureaucracy here. We are results-focused, growth-minded, and seeking the right talent to help us win in the Western Canadian market.

We're hiring a sales professional who wants to expand a territory rather than just inherit one. You'll set your own approach and strategy, with backing from an experienced team and a proven product line. If you're entrepreneurial and want to help us disrupt an industry, this is the position.

The Opportunity

As our Western Canada Territory Sales Manager, you will have:
  • An established, OEM-quality product line with nearly two decades in the Canadian market and leading market share in Eastern Canada
  • A B2B-only model that supports dealers and rental companies rather than competing with them
  • Direct access to ownership and leadership, working directly with an entrepreneurial team to grow the business
  • Attractive compensation with uncapped upside — a model that rewards high performers and growth

What You'll Do

  • Grow X-TRAC rubber track sales across Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan
  • Represent X-TRAC as Canada's premium replacement rubber track line built around quality, availability, and long-term value
  • Build relationships with equipment dealers, rental companies, repair shops, and parts retailers
  • Visit customers regularly across the territory to identify opportunities, support repeat business, and strengthen relationships
  • Develop new accounts through outbound prospecting, referrals, branch visits, trade shows, and industry relationships
  • Work with the Woodbridge team to quote customers, confirm fitment, manage availability, and support orders
  • Help identify key SKUs, customer needs, and stocking opportunities for the Western Canada warehouse
  • Track sales activity, opportunities, and customer feedback in our CRM

Who You Are

You are a self-motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships and growing a territory. You are comfortable getting in front of customers, asking good questions, and following up consistently.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience in outside sales, territory sales, account management, or business development
  • Experience working with equipment dealerships, rental companies, contractors, fleets, or industrial customers
  • Strong relationship-building skills and emotional intelligence
  • Experience with a professionalized, data-driven, and systematic approach to sales
  • Experience with CRM use (e.g. HubSpot) is a plus
  • Experience developing professional marketing materials and presentations is a plus
  • Comfort with regular travel across Western Canada
  • Interest in equipment, parts, rental, construction, agriculture, or industrial markets
  • Ability to work independently while staying aligned with the broader team

Experience in heavy equipment, compact equipment, construction, agriculture, rental, or aftermarket parts would be a strong asset. That said, you do not need to be a rubber track expert on day one. If you have the right sales skills and are curious, mechanically inclined, and willing to learn the equipment parts market, we want to hear from you.

What We Offer

  • An energetic, best-in-class team focused on growth
  • Ownership over a meaningfully sized Western Canadian territory
  • Direct access to company ownership and leadership
  • Competitive compensation package
  • Mileage, expense account, and travel reimbursement
  • Real input into customer, inventory, and regional strategy
