Proudly Canadian. Built to last.

Work With Us

Canadian-owned. Steady work. A team that takes pride in what it does.

Woodbridge Equipment Parts has been supplying Canada's equipment industry since 1986. We're not a startup — we're a stable, focused business with long-term customer relationships, deep inventory, and a reputation built over nearly four decades.

We operate with a focused, hands-on team — which means decisions are made quickly, communication is direct, and customers are taken care of properly. We take pride in doing things right and standing behind what we sell.

If that kind of environment appeals to you, we'd like to hear from you.

Open Positions

We are building Canada's leading compact equipment product line and distribution business. We are results-focused, growth-minded, and seeking the right talent to help us win in the Eastern Canadian market.

We're hiring a warehouse lead to support order preparation, processing, and shipping for our Eastern Canada fulfillment center. You will own the warehouse from end to end: organization, shipping, receiving, packing, inventory, and at times, product assembly. You will work directly with our sales team, customers, freight carriers, and customs brokers that move our product domestically and internationally.

What You'll Do

  • Own day-to-day warehouse operations: shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and staging orders
  • Book and manage freight across Canada, into the US, and overseas, dealing directly with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers
  • Manage temporary labour 1–2x per month for warehouse organization and shipping container receipts
  • Prepare shipping documentation for domestic and international orders
  • Receive and inspect incoming stock, store it correctly, and flag shortages or damage
  • Accurately reconcile inventory against our internal records
  • Assemble and prepare select products before they ship
  • Make occasional local deliveries and pickups in the GTA
  • Help improve how the warehouse runs: layout, processes, and organization
  • Work full-time Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm — the office is closed on weekends

Who You Are

You take ownership of your space. You like a workday that mixes physical work with real responsibility, and you do not need someone standing over you to get things done right.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse lead or supervisory role, preferably in industrial, automotive, or equipment parts environments
  • Experience dealing with freight carriers or logistics providers — international shipping experience is a strong asset
  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort with hand tools and basic assembly
  • Strong organization and attention to detail: counts, labels, and paperwork done right the first time
  • Comfort with basic computer applications for inventory, shipping, and communication (e.g. ERP systems, email, spreadsheets)
  • A valid G driver's licence and a clean driving record for local deliveries
  • The ability to handle the physical side of warehouse work: lifting, moving product, and being on your feet
  • Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently — previous forklift experience and licensing is a requirement

What We Offer

  • An energetic, best-in-class team focused on growth
  • Direct accountability and ownership of all warehouse operations
  • Direct access to leadership of an entrepreneurial, growth-focused company
  • Real input into optimization of our fulfillment center and order fulfillment
  • Competitive salary, growth opportunity, and benefits package
