Woodbridge Equipment Parts has been supplying Canada's equipment industry since 1986. We're not a startup — we're a stable, focused business with long-term customer relationships, deep inventory, and a reputation built over nearly four decades.
We operate with a focused, hands-on team — which means decisions are made quickly, communication is direct, and customers are taken care of properly. We take pride in doing things right and standing behind what we sell.
If that kind of environment appeals to you, we'd like to hear from you.
Open Positions
We are building Canada's leading compact equipment parts product line and distribution business. There is no corporate bureaucracy here. We are results-focused, growth-minded, and seeking the right talent to help us win in the Western Canadian market.
We're hiring a sales professional who wants to expand a territory rather than just inherit one. You'll set your own approach and strategy, with backing from an experienced team and a proven product line. If you're entrepreneurial and want to help us disrupt an industry, this is the position.
You are a self-motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships and growing a territory. You are comfortable getting in front of customers, asking good questions, and following up consistently.
Experience in heavy equipment, compact equipment, construction, agriculture, rental, or aftermarket parts would be a strong asset. That said, you do not need to be a rubber track expert on day one. If you have the right sales skills and are curious, mechanically inclined, and willing to learn the equipment parts market, we want to hear from you.
Woodbridge Equipment Parts has been serving Canada's equipment industry since 1986. We are the company behind X-TRAC, our rubber track line launched in 2006 to provide OEM-quality rubber tracks to the Canadian replacement rubber track market.
We are a pure B2B supplier that does not sell to end-users or compete with our customers. We provide value to dealerships, rental fleets, and manufacturers that serve Canada's equipment market.
If you are interested in helping build X-TRAC's presence across Western Canada, we would like to hear from you. Please send your resume and a brief note outlining why you think you would be a good fit for the role.
Thanks for applying. We'll review your submission and follow up if there's a fit.
