Warranty

Woodbridge Equipment Parts Inc. (WEP) provides purchasers of X-Trac excavator rubber track with a manufacturer’s warranty on tracks manufactured by X-Trac. This warranty protects against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, provided the track is used in normal working conditions and in accordance with the OEM and Manufacturer track use recommendations for rubber tracked Compact Track Loaders (CTL), Mini Track Loaders (MTL) and Mini-Excavators.

Mini-Excavator 18 Months/ 1500 Hours Warranty Coverage

X-Trac excavator rubber track used on Mini-Excavators, Trenching Machines and all other non-heavy duty applications is warranted to be free from defects in materials and/ or workmanship for a period of 18 months/ 1500 hours of operation, whichever occurs first, from the date of purchase by the end user; the last 6 months claim is based on a pro-rata basis according to the hours of service and or months elapsed.

Exception: equipment operated with the R5 type roller (Flange Type Roller) using non rail type rubber track is limited to a 12 month/ 1000 hour warranty.

CTL/ MTL 12 Months/ 1000 Hours Warranty Coverage

X-Trac excavator rubber track used on equipment such as CTLs and MTLs is warranted to be free from defects in materials and/ or workmanship for a period of 12 months/ 1000 hours of operation, whichever occurs first, from the date of purchase by the end user; the last 6 months claim is based on a pro-rata basis according to the hours of service and or months elapsed.

Warranty claim process

The purchaser must submit to WEP the required warranty documentation including but not limited to the relevant invoice copy, equipment details, hours of service operation, pictures of damaged track and serial numbers within the warranty period covered from the invoiced purchase date.

Items not covered by the warranty

X-Trac excavator rubber track is not warranted against normal wear and tear, misuse, damage caused by severe working conditions, worn undercarriage components or improper track adjustment, worksite problems, operator abuse to equipment, etc. Warranty consideration is limited to track manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship as determined by the manufacturer in conjunction with WEP. Labor, transportation, or downtime costs related to track replacement, are considered normal maintenance, and are the responsibility of the end user.
